I am using IE 8. Why am I still seeing the "unsupported browser" screen?
  • You may be using an invalid link. Please copy and paste the following url into the address bar, and press return:

  • You may have compatibility view enabled. To disable it:
    1. Find 'Compatibility View Settings' in the Tools menu.
    2. Uncheck 'Display all websites in compatibility view' if checked.
    3. Remove 'pmpaware.net' and 'pmpclearinghouse.net' from the list of 'Websites you've added to compatibility view'.
